1.Phosphorus penalty

3.SiO2 penalty

At the rate of US$0.05 per DMT for each 1.0 percent SiO2 in excess of 4.5%

4.Al2O3 Penalty

At the rate of US$0.05 per DMT for each 1.0 percent Al2O3 in excess of 1.5%

四、標(biāo)的計(jì)價(jià)方式

Platts 65% Fe IODEX CFR North China + (Actual Fe Content-65%)*100*VIU + USD XX/DMT (基于指數(shù)溢價(jià)投標(biāo))

1] Platts Fe 65% CFR North China Middle Point corresponds to the average price on the Settlement Period as published by Platts for Iron Ore 65% Fe, in US$/DMT

2] Settlement Period (SP) corresponds to the relevant period over which the Platts IODEX Index, VIU will be applied. SP for the IODEX Index and VIU will be the month the after the month BL date located in US$/DMT.

3] VIU corresponds to the average premium (Value in Use) for each 1% Fe content on the Settlement Period, as published by Platts {detailed as: per 1% Fe differential (range 60-63.5% Fe), in US$/DMT}.

Price Term: CFR QINGDAO PORT, CHINA

If the final discharge port is other than Qingdao or discharge at two ports, the freight differential shall be as per the ship owner's calculation base on the same TCE of the base route on open book basis and for the Buyer's final confirmation & Buyer’s account.

五、貨款支付條件

在簽訂商務(wù)合同后5個(gè)工作日之內(nèi)，買方應(yīng)通過一家賣方認(rèn)可的一流銀行開具金額為貨物CFR價(jià)值100%的不可撤銷即期信用證，其中信用證交單期以雙方確認(rèn)為準(zhǔn)。

六、其他注意事項(xiàng)

在中標(biāo)公告發(fā)布之后，中標(biāo)方須在中標(biāo)公告日期后3工作日之內(nèi)同招標(biāo)方簽訂正式商務(wù)合同，具體合同版本由招標(biāo)方和投標(biāo)方商議確定。

七、投標(biāo)時(shí)間

結(jié)標(biāo)時(shí)間：2018年10月23日 上午11：30點(diǎn)

八、投標(biāo)要求

1、投標(biāo)方須按照附件一《投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)單》表格，詳細(xì)填寫；

2、投標(biāo)方若未與招標(biāo)方有過直接貿(mào)易，請(qǐng)附上公司簡(jiǎn)介及其證書。

九、評(píng)標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

本次招標(biāo)不設(shè)標(biāo)底，價(jià)高者中標(biāo)，若招標(biāo)價(jià)格不及預(yù)期，招標(biāo)方有權(quán)利選擇放棄通過此次招標(biāo)銷售，中標(biāo)標(biāo)的質(zhì)量須符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
